As Wireless Sales Supervisor, you oversee sales activity within the wireless department and partner with management on financial and non-financial goals. You share knowledge about wireless products, services, and trends with consumers and business customers. The position also emphasizes coaching, referrals, customer concern resolution, and collaboration across store teams and business units.

• Partner with management to achieve wireless department goals
• Lead selling and model customer engagement for associates
• Resolve customer concerns and escalate appropriately
• Generate referrals and participate in outreach activities
• Train and coach associates on sales and engagement

• Two or more years of Wireless Sales experience
• One or more years supervising sales target achievement preferred
• Post-secondary education completion preferred
• Ability to resolve client concerns diplomatically
• Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize daily responsibilities
