Drive enterprise SaaS growth at Airbyte through technical discovery, strategic prospecting, and full-cycle new-business selling across defined accounts.
As an experienced Enterprise Account Executive, you will generate, progress, and close business across Airbyte’s product offerings. Engage CTO, CIO, data, and engineering organizations while connecting technical capabilities to measurable outcomes. Build trusted relationships across practitioners and executives.
Key Responsibilities:- Own enterprise sales cycles from discovery through closed-won
- Build pipeline through inbound, outbound, partners, and account development
- Lead discovery across business priorities and technical requirements
- Manage evaluations, proofs of value, negotiation, and procurement
- Maintain opportunity, MEDDPICC, pipeline, and forecast accuracy
- Three to five-plus years of B2B sales experience
- One to two-plus years selling into enterprise accounts
- Experience in SaaS, cloud infrastructure, developer tools, or data technology
- Understanding of APIs, data integration, databases, or modern data stacks
- Experience with MEDDPICC, Command of the Message, and value selling
Use enterprise selling, technical fluency, and value-based discovery to grow Airbyte adoption and achieve quarterly bookings targets.
