Guide aurora travelers through exceptional bookings remotely, using consultative sales and precise communication to create seamless guest experiences. Occasional meetings and travel apply.
As an Aurora and Expedition Consultant, you will manage every guest journey stage, from inquiry and booking through onboarding and post-trip engagement. You will advise guests on wilderness travel, recommend upgrades, and support repeat bookings and referrals. The work includes Hub Spot CRM, B2B relationships, and Arctic Kingdom programs.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage inbound leads and follow up through Hub Spot CRM
- Respond to booking and email inquiries within stated timelines
- Guide onboarding, upgrades, add-ons, and post-trip engagement
- Maintain agent relationships, quoting, contracts, invoices, and payments
- Share guest insights with marketing and product development teams
- Five or more years in consultative sales, luxury travel, or guest experience
- Strong CRM knowledge, preferably Hub Spot
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Passion for wilderness travel and remote lodge experiences
- Client-first relationship-building mindset and digital tool adaptability
