Drive individual life insurance sales from CLIC’s hybrid Mississauga team while applying advanced needs analysis and client communication skills.
As a Senior Sales Specialist, you will consult with inbound clients, assess insurance and pension inquiries, and recommend tailored coverage. You will support sales performance, handle escalated client issues, and maintain relationships with minimal supervision. The position focuses primarily on life insurance sales while supporting group pension members when needed.
Key Responsibilities:- Generate new business through insurance planning consultations
- Conduct needs analyses and recommend tailored insurance proposals
- Develop sales strategies for prospecting and lead generation
- Handle escalated client concerns and provide responsive service
- Support upsell and cross sell referral opportunities
- Six to nine years of individual life insurance experience
- Licensed under the Life License Qualification Program
- Strong knowledge of individual life insurance products
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- English required;
French considered an asset
Use life insurance expertise, consultative selling, and client relationship skills to grow CLIC’s sales results in Mississauga.
