Part-Time Sales Consultant

As a Jewellery Consultant, you’ll help customers explore jewellery, understand product features, and choose items that suit their needs. You’ll create a welcoming shopping experience through attentive service, clear communication, and confident sales support.

• Welcome customers, ask thoughtful questions, and recommend jewellery through product demonstrations and relevant upselling.
• Support retail sales, operate POS systems, process payments, handle cash, and complete basic calculations accurately.
• Maintain attractive merchandising displays, keep products organized, and manage tasks efficiently during busy periods.
• Use professional phone etiquette and communicate clearly with customers and colleagues. Your impact: helpful recommendations make shopping easier and support a smooth customer experience.

Required:

Customer service, communication, English, basic math, POS operation, cashiering, cash handling, time management, and organizational skills support accurate transactions and attentive service. Preferred:
Retail sales, sales, upselling, merchandising, product demos, technology sales, and technical sales experience are useful strengths; bilingual or multilingual abilities can help you serve a wider range of customers.

Candidates must be available for flexible shifts within the store operating hours.
