You also support sales conversion, add-on goals, alterations appointments, cash wrap processes, and special-order dress procedures.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent degree
Customer-focused communication and relationship-building abilities
Openness to coaching, feedback, and assigned training
Ability to read and use electronic devices extensively
Ability to talk with and hear customers
