Marketing Data Research Coordinator

Drive data-driven marketing decisions at First Service Residential through data mining, lead generation, and CRM management. This analytical role supports online research.
The Marketing Research Coordinator develops sales lead information from identified opportunities for marketing and sales teams. You will manage data mining, maintain prospect lists, and track website RFPs and web form results. The position also requires strong data analysis, organization, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage data mining according to lead generation strategy
Enter and distribute leads through the CRM system
Update account, lead, and opportunity records regularly
Maintain prospect lists by source, manager, and identifiers
Track website RFPs and web form results against CRM
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field
Two or more years of sales support or operations experience

Experience with Microsoft Dynamics or Salesforce
Proficiency in Power BI, Outlook, Excel, Word, and Power Point
Highly organized, detail-oriented customer-service mindset
