Ontario Sales Account Development Manager

Develop accounts and create sales opportunities with Esri Canada’s Ontario Sales department. Apply prospecting, networking, and clear stakeholder communication remotely.

This full-time Account Manager supports a portfolio of small to medium-sized customers while learning structured sales execution. You will communicate with customer contacts, identify business drivers, and coordinate activities with senior sales colleagues. Salesforce records support accurate account management.

• Execute outbound prospecting within assigned accounts and campaigns
• Use social selling, networking, and targeted outreach
• Identify customer needs, priorities, and business drivers
• Escalate higher-risk opportunities to senior Account Managers
• Support consistent account execution and customer experiences

• Minimum three years of relevant sales or customer-facing experience
• Experience supporting relationships, sales, or account coordination
• Clear professional communication with internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to manage competing priorities and multiple tasks
• Bilingual English and French proficiency is an asset
