Drive Stuart Weitzman store sales through customer experience, team development, and operational execution in a fashion retail setting.
The Sales Lead supports store and individual sales plans while delivering Stuart Weitzman’s Selling Ceremony. This role mentors team members, monitors fashion trends, and supports a strong selling culture. Daily work combines client service, visual merchandising, inventory, and store operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Support customer experience and teamwork to achieve sales plans
- Mentor, motivate, and develop the team
- Deliver Stuart Weitzman Selling Ceremony standards
- Maintain sales floor, backroom, cash wrap, and visual merchandising
- Supervise store opening and closing procedures
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Knowledge of POS, Microsoft Office, iPads, and Mobile POS
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds when required
- Flexible availability for nights, weekends, and holidays
