This Sales Consultant role combines customer service, negotiation, and business development within Dilawri’s automotive group. Responsibilities include exceeding customer expectations, supporting department goals, and planning monthly productivity. Product training is available while maintaining detailed knowledge of vehicle models.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver superior experiences that exceed customer expectations
- Meet individual and department performance goals
- Plan monthly productivity objectives and execution
- Follow up on leads from varied sources
- Maintain knowledge of all vehicle models
- Effective negotiation skills
- Sound decision-making ability
- Ability to maintain customer relationships
- Industry experience preferred
- Valid Ontario Driver’s License, three-plus years driving, and OMVIC License
