Drive territory sales growth across the Greater Toronto Area through customer engagement, market development, and specification activity. Approximately 50–60% travel is required.
Construction Specialties, Inc. seeks a Regional Sales Representative to support regional sales strategies and territory objectives. You will work with architects, engineers, contractors, distributors, independent representatives, and customers. The work includes project development, customer relationships, and specification-driven sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Support sales growth and market share expansion
- Build relationships with representatives, distributors, and construction customers
- Develop basis-of-design positioning with architects and engineers
- Track projects through design, bidding, and construction
- Maintain pipelines, forecasts, project tracking, and CRM records
- Bachelor's degree
- Two to five years of sales experience
- Construction, building products, or project-based sales experience preferred
- CRM, Microsoft Office, and sales reporting proficiency
- Valid driver's license and territory travel ability
