Build long-term utility and industrial customer partnerships from Stoney Creek or Sudbury while growing Hitachi Energy’s Ontario service business.
As Service Account Manager, you will strengthen strategic accounts, identify regional opportunities, and maintain accurate commercial forecasts. You will collaborate with marketing, market managers, and internal stakeholders to align service solutions with short- and long-term customer objectives. The position supports safety, integrity, compliance, and grid modernization.
Key Responsibilities:- Strengthen trusted relationships with utility and industrial customers
- Identify and develop regional market opportunities
- Grow opportunity pipelines and maintain Salesforce forecasts
- Collaborate on customer and regional sales plans
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and procedures
- Work authorization permitting employment in Canada
- Three to five years of professional experience
- At least two years of direct customer contact and selling
- Ability to influence internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborative, solution-oriented approach and strong communication
Support Ontario customers through relationship management, market development, compliant selling, and service strategies for critical power assets.
