Build prospect relationships through outbound outreach while coordinating sales support in Mississauga for Triumph Group of Companies’ growing divisions.
As a Sales Coordinator, you will research target customers, identify decision-makers, introduce Triumph capabilities, and qualify upcoming projects. You will also support approved contractor and bidding invitation lists, connect prospects with sales representatives, and document next actions in Salesforce.
Key Responsibilities:- Research contractors, developers, property managers, and target customers
- Make outbound calls and send tailored emails
- Identify decision-makers and develop professional relationships
- Qualify opportunities and connect prospects with divisions
- Maintain prospecting schedules, contacts, and follow-up reminders
- At least 2–3 years of business development experience
- Direct customer contact and outbound calling confidence
- Professional communication and consistent follow-up ability
- Salesforce or similar CRM experience
- Construction, manufacturing, or related B2B experience is an asset
