Drive SaaS customer expansion through consultative selling, strategic account planning, and renewal ownership in a fully remote Canada or United States role.
As a Senior Account Manager, manage an enterprise manufacturing portfolio of approximately 80 accounts. Protect customer retention, uncover adoption opportunities, and guide new-site expansion from discovery through close. Build trusted relationships with plant-level users and executive stakeholders while connecting software capabilities with measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Own renewal performance across enterprise manufacturing customers
- Develop targeted outreach and account growth strategies
- Expand adoption through additional modules and sites
- Maintain accurate renewal and expansion forecasts
- Refine account plans, renewal playbooks, and coverage strategies
- Three to five or more years managing customer expansion
- Proven renewal and upsell or cross-sell quota experience
- Ability to prioritize opportunities across a substantial portfolio
- Confidence presenting value propositions to senior stakeholders
- Experience owning full expansion sales cycles
