Represent a trusted Canadian brand in retail stores, using customer service and sales skills to explain credit card benefits.
Kognitive Sales Solutions is seeking a sales-oriented Field Sales Representative for permanent part-time or full-time work. This representative engages shoppers, identifies needs, offers informed advice, and creates excitement around financial products. The schedule is flexible Monday to Sunday between 10am and 8pm.
Key Responsibilities:- Engage consumers and create excitement around products
- Explain financial product features, benefits, and recommendations
- Deliver exceptional advice and customer experiences
- Build positive relationships with store personnel
- Advocate for client products as a subject matter expert
- Outgoing, personable approach to customer interactions
- Ability to acquire new customers and meet sales targets
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Customer service or sales experience is an asset
- Comfort handling confidential customer information
