Customer retention and telephone sales define this Inside Sales Representative role with Waste Connections of Canada, working in-office five days weekly.
You will support customers, process inquiries, and help drive sales growth within Waste Connections of Canada. The position requires strong communication, customer-first service, relationship building, issue resolution, and sales opportunity identification. You will also support campaigns, service launches, and existing business development.
Key Responsibilities:- Handle customer inquiries and provide service information
- Process orders and address customer concerns promptly
- Maintain customer retention and defend service agreements
- Source new business within existing accounts
- Record intelligence in ARES and Trux systems
- Successful telephone sales and customer service track record
- Proactive customer retention experience maintaining existing business
- Excellent phone etiquette and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to use multiple computer systems simultaneously
