Orthopaedic Surgical Clinical Sales Associate

Build a medical device sales career with Tribe Medical Group through Arthrex clinical support and surgeon consultation. The territory covers Southwestern Ontario.

This Medical Device Sales Representative position combines territory sales with operating-room support for orthopaedic and Sports Med procedures. You will liaise with surgeons and surgical staff, help the Sales team meet objectives, and participate in continuing medical education. Tribe’s six-month curriculum supports candidates developing expertise in Arthrex products and orthopaedic surgical techniques.

• Consult with surgeons on Arthrex products and procedures
• Support clinical case coverage in hospitals and surgical centres
• Maintain effective relationships with surgical professionals
• Provide medical education on the Arthrex portfolio
• Complete assigned territory, inventory, and administrative tasks

• Previous sales experience is an asset
• Ability to interpret complex medical information quickly
• Ability to make decisions and solve problems onsite
• Eligibility to travel periodically to Naples, Florida
• Ability to stand or sit for extended periods
