* Deep hands-on experience in engineering and executing enterprise solutions that scale effectively.
* Fluency in at least two programming languages, with a strong preference for Python and Java. Proficiency in Java script/Typescript and Golang is also highly valued.
* Strong understanding of Language Models (LLMs), transformers, agentic frameworks, vector stores, and search algorithms.
* Experience with relevant frameworks such as Spring (AI, Boot, Core, etc.), N8N, Flask, Lang Chain, Lang Graph, and MLFlow.
* Proficiency in database technologies, such as Oracle, Postgres, or Mongo

* Experience with messaging and integration platforms like Kafka or JMS/MQ.
* UI development skills with technologies such as React JS or Stream Lit.
* Experience designing and implementing REST and Web Socket APIs.
* Familiarity with one of the major cloud platforms including AWS, GCP, or Azure/
* Strong knowledge of infrastructure tools, including Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and Helm.
* Experience with build and deployment (CI/CD) tools such as Jenkins and Gradle.
* Good engineering experience with high-performance, large-scale AI/ML systems.
* Experience in model risk management, guardrails development, and developing end-user adoption pathways for AI/GenAI solutions.
** Work Experience**:
* A minimum of 10+ years of professional experience in financial services, technology firms, or dynamic start-up environments.
* Strong hands-on experience with Agile delivery, product management, and value stream methodologies.
* Proven track record in producing high-quality project artifacts and senior management reports within technology or risk & controls domains.
* Demonstrated ability to structure and lead product working groups, driving consensus on requirements and facilitating the development and implementation of processes, data, and system designs.
* Motivated self-starter with the ability to quickly learn new skills and effectively navigate complex organizational structures.
