Rodan Energy seeks a technically versatile Senior Software Engineer for hands-on engineering and technical leadership. You will design scalable services, APIs, integrations, and data-processing workflows while influencing architecture, engineering standards, automation, and AI capabilities. The work supports energy optimization, market participation, and grid reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, test, deploy, and support backend services and APIs
Own EOS reliability, scalability, maintainability, and code quality
Define architecture, standards, technologies, and delivery roadmaps
Develop SQL Server and MySQL databases and troubleshoot performance
Lead technical work streams, mentoring, reviews, and developer coordination
Requirements:
Eight-plus years of software development experience
Three-plus years in a technical leadership role
Advanced C#/.NET and Python engineering experience
Architecture experience with cloud-native and distributed systems
Azure, Azure Dev Ops, Git, testing, and deployment experience
