Port Drayage Logistics Coordinator

Coordinate port drayage logistics for COSCO SHIPPING NAOC in Toronto, monitoring vessel schedules, ramp reports, and trucking provider performance.
As a Road Transport Team Dispatch Coordinator, you will support cargo planning by designated rail ramps and maintain communication with operational partners. Responsibilities include shipment tracing, ramp report review, carrier coordination, and customer service collaboration. This is a full-time, 37.5-hour weekly position.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor vessel schedules and TMS job order queries
Review ramp and aging reports to resolve service issues
Provide backup support for Oakland MLB shipments
Collaborate with COSAG and internal stakeholders
Partner with Import Customer Service teams
Requirements:
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent education
Preferred logistics, shipping, dispatch, or supply chain experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Flexibility for changing start times and statutory holidays
Use TMS coordination, shipment tracing, and stakeholder communication to advance COSCO SHIPPING port drayage service from Toronto.
