Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in a nursing home setting. This position offers a dynamic work schedule with alternating weeks of 36 and 48 hours, including every other weekend and holidays as applicable.
3/2 split rotating schedule
3 days (36 hours) one week, 4 days (48 hours) the next week
Every other weekend required
Holidays if they fall during scheduled rotation
Support nursing staffing needs to ensure optimal resident care.
Provide comprehensive care coverage for residents.
Ensure compliance with regulatory staffing requirements.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in nursing, preferred in long-term care settings.
Active Mississippi LPN license required.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
IV certification preferred.
Strong clinical skills and knowledge in nursing principles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
