CBRE in the United States seeks a Maintenance Technician to support 5-6 retail stores within a defined area. You’ll perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, flooring, roofing, and painting, with company-provided vehicle and tools.
You will inspect facilities, diagnose issues, execute repairs, and keep accurate maintenance records while coordinating with clients and team members to deliver reliable, safe service.
