Craft campaigns, build brand systems, and set the creative bar high as Aetna's newest Product Designer. The whole arrangement rewards initiative — $36,000 - $55,000 to start, creative ownership throughout, and Aetna backing every step.
Key Responsibilities- Localize creative for Mobile audiences without flattening the original idea
- Translate Initiative research findings into a visual the whole floor can act on
- Pitch the uncomfortable direction when the safe one has clearly run dry
- Run the critique that makes junior creative work braver, not safer
- Time the reveal in a launch film so the logo lands earned, not slapped on
- At least 1 years building expertise within the creative space
- The patience to mentor without taking over the keyboard
- Fluency across Layout Design and Visual Design, with strong opinions on both
- Practical command of Initiative, with bonus points for Service Design
- Clear thinking under the kind of pressure Mobile, AL deadlines bring
An agile startup out of Mobile, Aetna is rethinking what creative software can be. Our Mobile team would rather over-communicate than leave a teammate guessing at midnight.
A $36,000 - $55,000 base, a growth plan with teeth, mentorship from people who care, and flexibility baked in, that is what Aetna puts forward.
