Un'azienda nel settore delle telecomunicazioni cerca un Addetto/a al Call Center per fornire assistenza clienti nel post-vendita. La figura selezionata gestirà chiamate in entrata, fornirà supporto su servizi e fatturazione, registrerà segnalazioni e risolverà problematiche. Si richiedono ottime doti comunicative, predisposizione al contatto telefonico e capacità relazionali. È previsto un contratto a tempo determinato di 3 mesi con orario full-time e formazione retribuita.
