About

The Role

As a Senior Dev Ops Engineer, you will be a driving force behind the automation and optimization of our infrastructure, ensuring seamless CI/CD processes, scalable architecture, and high availability. You will take the lead in building and maintaining the systems that empower ZURU Tech to continuously deliver cutting‑edge solutions. Working in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment, you’ll influence key decisions, mentor peers, and tackle technical challenges across multiple platforms.

What You Will Do

Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines with Git Lab and Unreal Engine that build, test, and deploy our main BIM software.

Manage cloud infrastructure on multiple cloud providers, ensuring security, scalability, and performance.

Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Proxmox, Cloud‑Init, Docker and Ansible.

Help consolidate our developer platform to ensure easy deployments on multiple cloud providers.

Develop software that integrates with our platform to streamline and enhance processes.

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to enhance system reliability and deployment efficiency.

Maintain and troubleshoot Linux, macOS, and Windows environments, ensuring operational excellence across the stack.

Work on a flat Dev Ops team formed by experts.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in a Dev Ops/SRE role.

Solid experience in deploying and maintaining Kubernetes clusters.

Proven experience with Git Lab CI/CD, Docker, Terraform, and Ansible.

Solid hands‑on experience with AWS. Strong scripting skills in Bash and Python/Type Script.

Deep knowledge of Linux systems and proficiency in macOS and Windows shells.

Strong networking fundamentals.

Experience with infrastructure as code and automation tools.

Strong problem‑solving skills, with the ability to work independently and lead technical projects. Experience in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment is a plus.

Proficiency in English and Italian.

Bonus points

Knowledge of Proxmox and hyperconverged infrastructure.

Knowledge of ArgoCD.

Knowledge of Talos Linux.

Knowledge of Ceph.

Experience developing Kubernetes operators (Rust/Go).

€36,000 - €45,000 a year.
