Fast Code S.p.A., a company within the TXT Group, is seeking a professional to join as a .NET Developer for high‑profile projects based in Modena. The selected candidate will develop, debug, and optimise solutions based on the Microsoft stack (.NET Framework / .NET Core), actively interact with SQL Server, and support production environments. Availability for scheduled on‑call shifts is required to ensure operational continuity.
Main Responsibilities
Develop and maintain applications in .NET Framework / .NET Core
Manage complex queries, stored procedures, and performance optimisation on SQL Server
Analyse and resolve anomalies in production environments
Collaborate with the support team for scheduled on‑call activities
Prepare and update technical documentation
Monitor and improve application performance
Required Technical Skills
Excellent knowledge of C# and .NET
Solid experience with SQL Server, stored procedures, functions, and views
Proficiency in or Entity Framework
Familiarity with Windows Services or Web API applications
Availability for scheduled on‑call shifts
Preferred Technical Skills
Experience in 24/7 or mission‑critical system environments
Knowledge of Dev Ops practices, monitoring tools, or job schedulers
Experience with ticketing and incident management tools
Experience with SSIS / SSRS or other ETL tools
Personal and Interpersonal Skills
Reliability and ability to manage assigned tasks independently
Responsiveness in handling alerts and critical situations
Accuracy, attention to detail, and quality orientation
Strong communication skills and a collaborative team approach
Ability to remain clear‑headed and composed in high‑pressure contexts
Requirements
At least 3 years of experience in .NET development
Work location:
Modena, Italy (hybrid mode)
