This role involves maintaining and improving our high-performance production facility, ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our manufacturing operations.

• Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) activities to minimise downtime.
• Respond quickly and effectively to production breakdowns and technical faults.
• Perform repairs, servicing, and overhauls on a wide range of mechanical and electrical machinery.
• Support and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and new equipment installations.
• Work collaboratively with production teams to maintain high standards of safety and output.

• Proven experience in a process or production environment, ideally involving packaging machinery.
• Strong knowledge of Planned Preventative Maintenance systems.
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification.
• HNC or NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent).
• Experience with industrial electrical installations. Working Hours
  • Monday to Friday, with flexibility required for overtime and occasional weekend work.
  • Shift Patterns (alternating):
    • Week One 07:00 – 19:00 Monday to Thursday
    • Week Two 07:00 – 17:30 Monday to Thursday and 07:00 – 13:00 Friday
