  • Strategic Planning & Governance: Define and maintain technology roadmaps, governance frameworks, and standards that align with corporate objectives.
  • Budget & Resource Management: Oversee departmental budgets, resource allocation, and vendor contracts to ensure cost-effective delivery.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate delivery and technology risks, ensuring compliance with security and regulatory requirements.

  • What you'll need

    Qualifications

    Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (MBA or similar graduate degree is an asset).
  • Minimum 10+ years of progressive experience in technology leadership roles, including enterprise architecture and large-scale delivery.
  • Proven success in architecting and delivering scalable, secure, and resilient platforms that support both customer-facing and internal business systems.
  • Experience managing complex, multi-vendor technology portfolios and driving agile transformation.
  • Must be 19 years of age or older and reside in Atlantic Canada.

  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate enterprise goals into actionable roadmaps.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with a collaborative, visible management style that builds trust and accountability.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills at the executive level.
