What You'll Do

Assist the Release Management team in maintaining the consistency of non-production environments to better support releases.Assist the Release Management team with strategies to optimize the use of non-production environments, ensuring efficient resource utilization.Maintain process documentation around non-production environment and release management.Maintain detailed documentation of environment configurations, software versions and other changes.Support and perform processes around Metrics and Reporting, to meet set KPIs, environment utilization, and track execution forecast compared to actuals, etc.Support and backup other Release Management processes as required.What you'll need

Ability to shift between detail oriented and big picture thinkingInterest or experience in working towards alignment in cross-discipline and cross-organization teamsStrong communication skills to interact with different internal stakeholdersInterest or expertise in understanding benefit of management through process and metric viewpoint and ability to communicate to others and support discipline in the teamKnowledge of delivery software delivery methodologies (waterfall, agile, hybrid) is an assetEducation and Requirements
:
Studying in post-secondary education in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.Must be 19 years of age or older by the start date.Must reside in Atlantic Canada.Recruitment Process
