Support Worker Young

Position: Support Worker Young People (Permanent)
Are you ready to be more than just a support worker?

We’re looking for enthusiastic, flexible individuals to join our team supporting young people aged 16–18, with occasionallyyear old, as they transition from care into independence. You must be comfortable working with young people who may display challenging behaviour and require both direction and compassion.

* Competitive hourly rate, with enhanced pay for those holding a Level 3 QCF qualification or higher (or equivalent)

* 45p per mile paid travel between work locations

The role:

* Work a flexible rota of both day and night shifts as required

* Support young people with life skills, confidence, and decision-making

* Use learning tool such as Agored Cymru workbooks and our own development resources to guide personal growth.

You must be adaptable, calm under pressure, and able to build positive relationships with young people who have experienced trauma and instability.
