Location: Monmouth & Surrounding Areas
Hours: Full-time / Part-time / Flexible shifts
Pay Rates: £13.00 – £13.50 per hour
Must be able to work every other weekend.

As a Care Assistant, you’ll support people to live independently and comfortably in their own homes — where they feel happiest. Every visit is unique, but what stays the same is the difference you make each day. You’ll build trusted relationships while helping with:

• Personal care, washing, dressing, and toileting
• Supporting mobility, including transfers or walking aids
• Preparing meals and snacks to suit individual needs
• Helping with shopping, errands, or collecting prescriptions
• Keeping the home tidy, clean, and safe
• Providing companionship and emotional reassurance
• Supporting hobbies, activities, and community outings
• Communicating with the office team to ensure high-quality care

• £13.00/hr weekdays | £13.50/hr weekends
• £26/hr on bank holidays
• Paid travel time and mileage (30p per mile, or 45p when accompanying clients)

You don’t need previous experience — you’ll receive full training and support — but you do need a caring heart and a can‑do attitude.
Essential:

• A full UK driving licence and access to your own car
• The right to work in the UK
• Good communication skills and written English
• A commitment to providing high-quality, person-centred care
• Willingness to complete an enhanced DBS check
