Factory based commutable from Blackwood, Cwmbran, Newport, Pontypridd, Merthyr Tydfil, Cardiff and surrounding areas.

Shift based role: 3 Shift Rota, Monday - Friday (Early, Late, Nights)

Are you a Maintenance Technician from an Electrical background looking for a shift-based maintenance role offering excellent technical training on bespoke machinery, a clear career progression path and the opportunity to significantly increase your on track earnings through unlimited optional overtime?

This company specialise in the end-to-end design and manufacture of specialist packaging, working with globally renowned clients. Through a focus on sustainability and innovation, they are looking to build a team of highly skilled electrical technicians to improve the sites manufacturing performance.

On offer is a shift based maintenance role where you will be responsible for fault finding, reactive maintenance and preventative maintenance across the sites electrical manufacturing equipment.

This role would suit a maintenance technician from an electrical background who wants to technically progress both their skillset and career.

The Role:

PPM and RM on specialist machinery
Monday - Friday rotating 3 shifts.
Optional Overtime

The Person :

NVQ level 3 or similar
Manufacturing background
Wants to technically progress their career.
