The Advance Group is hiring an experienced Welder for a direct-hire opening in Monroe, Michigan. The ideal candidate will read blueprints, set up MIG/TIG/Stick welds, and operate plasma cutters and oxy-acetylene torches.
Typical schedule is Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–4:00 PM with OT and weekend opportunities as needed. Pay ranges from $23 to $28 per hour based on experience and qualifications.
