New Gig Solutions is partnering with a dynamic accounting and advisory firm seeking an energetic, detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join their team 100% onsite . You’ll play a vital role in supporting clients, coordinating with the offshore accounting team, and ensuring daily financial activities are accurate and complete.
What You’ll Be Doing:- Enter and reconcile financial transactions using Quick Books Online and Desktop
- Collaborate with offshore team members to review and verify daily deliverables
- Work directly with clients to gather missing information and clarify discrepancies
- Assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance
- Help prepare financial reports, month-end close, and journal entries
- Communicate with energy, professionalism, and a service-first mindset
- 1–2 years of accounting experience (internships or entry-level roles welcome)
- Strong Quick Books experience (QBO/QBD required)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
- Positive, energetic attitude and eagerness to learn
- Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field preferred
