Construction Lead Supervisor

I'm currently supporting a Construction Lead Supervisor (Ground Works) requirement on a major data centre project in Belgium, This is a contract role, 5 days per week onsite, where you would be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of all ground works packages, including:

Supervising excavation, foundations, drainage, and underground services
Managing groundworks subcontractors and daily site activities
Ensuring works are delivered to programme, quality, and safety standards
Coordinating with engineers, consultants, and the main contractor
Carrying out site inspections, resolving issues, and reporting progress

€800-€850 per day
