Apply fund accounting and Excel skills at Majestic Asset Management, working fully on-site from the Brossard office near Quartier DIX
30. Support investment funds within a financial firm managing over $5B in assets.
As an Accounting Analyst, you will work mainly within Majestic’s accounting department. You will assimilate processes that add workforce redundancy and capacity while supporting the firm’s fund platform. Your work will involve accounting, reporting, tax coordination, and detailed financial administration.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist with fund accounting across Majestic’s fund platform
- Complete invoicing, price verification, and statement downloads
- Update Excel spreadsheets and execute detailed accounting tasks
- Support audits, regulatory reporting, expenses, taxes, and statements
- Liaise with tax authorities on fund tax reporting
- Undergraduate degree in accounting, finance, or related fields
- Strong written and spoken English and French communication
- High proficiency with Excel; VBA is a plus
- Knowledge of capital markets, trading, and investment operations
- Accurate execution, problem-solving, time management, and multitasking skills
