Assurez le suivi financier d’un magasin désigné à Saint-Hyacinthe, en présentiel, avec Quasimodo, Microsoft Office et votre souci du détail. L’horaire est de 40 heures, du lundi au vendredi.
Ce poste de technicien comptable et paie s’adresse à une personne rigoureuse, autonome et organisée. Vous vérifierez, balancerez, codifierez et comptabiliserez les rapports départementaux dans Quasimodo. Vous préparerez aussi les analyses, les rapports de fin de mois et les autres suivis administratifs liés aux opérations du magasin.
Responsabilités principales :- Vérifier et comptabiliser les rapports départementaux dans Quasimodo
- Effectuer les conciliations bancaires
- Préparer les fichiers d’analyse pour la direction
- Gérer les comptes payables et recevables
- Réaliser les suivis administratifs du magasin
- DEC en comptabilité ou l’équivalent
- Au moins cinq ans d’expérience pertinente
- Bonne maîtrise de Microsoft Office
- Expérience alimentaire, un atout
- Rigueur et souci du détail
Appuyez la gestion financière du magasin avec votre expérience du cycle comptable, des rapports et des suivis administratifs.
