Accounts Receivable Clerk Boucherville

Reporting to the Accounts Receivable Supervisor, this clerk processes charge-account adjustments and supports the Accounts Receivable Department. The work includes applying payments, reconciling accounts, maintaining customer records, and resolving client issues. You will communicate with Canadian clients and support stores correcting payment errors.

• Process adjustments to customer charge accounts
• Apply payments to invoices and process deposits
• Perform credit, debit, payment, and account reconciliations
• Maintain customer master files and complete EFT forms
• Resolve client inquiries and support Canadian stores

• Two years of accounts receivable or related experience
• French and English communication, spoken and written
• Microsoft applications knowledge
• Strong organization, prioritization, and multitasking skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
