Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work ON-SITE
with our client in Bruno, QC.Interested?
Here's what you'd do:
You manage Schematic & Apparatus resources (functional) and activities on the project you are responsible for.You are responsible for the electrical deliveries for each electrical baseline of the project you are contributing to.Build and develop the S&A technical competency in the Team.Quality of your delivery.Respect for the delivery planning.Level of application of the standard PPL.Configuration management of their deliverables.Continuous improvement or Return on Experience (RoE) management from previous projects.Delivery of the right product (respect all the requirements) at the right moment to the CDL/HDL, the product consisting of the complete electrical case or a set of electrical deliverables for each baseline made of:
Functional Diagram and Wiring Diagram.
Cubicle Design Electrical documents.
Harness Delivery for Looms & Cubicles.
Participating in the electrical architecture at the train level. ing the Metier rules and processes.Managing the S&A QCD of their project.Managing the S&A workload of their project and the effective utilisation of the S&A Designer.Sub-contracting management (definition, monitoring, acceptance).Here's what you'll get:
Hours: 40 hrs/Week.
Length: Contract (12 months).

Job Requirements Required Skills /
Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.Minimum 2 years of experience in activity and team management.Minimum 3 years of experience in E3 or any other electrical CAD software.Minimum 2 years of experience in the Creation, modification, or verification of an electrical schematic.Minimum 2 years of experience in the Selection and sizing of cable or other electrical components.Minimum 2 years of experience in Panel or harness manufacturing production support.Minimum 2 years of experience in the Railway industry.Minimum 2 years of experience in Catia V5 would be needed.Preferred Skills /
Qualifications:Electrical and electro-technical engineering knowledgeGood communication and interpersonal skills.Customer Focus.Structured and organised with a Hands-on approach.Fluent in French & English.Resilience.Able to work in an international, multi-site, and matrixed organization structure.Force of proposal to improve processes and deliverables.
