This Personal Banking Associate role supports customers at the branch frontline through advice, transactions, and referrals. You will help with new accounts, investment advice, and banking solutions while identifying appropriate internal partners. • Establish and maintain impactful customer relationships
• Resolve customer problems related to banking solutions
• Refer customers to appropriate staff and internal partners
• Report non-standard matters and critical issues to management
• Recommend improvements to branch practices and operations

• High School diploma or relevant experience
• Investment Funds Canada or equivalent within ninety days
• Related post-secondary or undergraduate degree preferred
• Working knowledge of banking solutions and processes
• Effective verbal and written customer communication
