Associate Regional Wealth Management Manager

Lead Wealth Advisors across Montreal’s South Shore through coaching, business development, and operational discipline. French is required for this regional leadership role.

As Associate Regional Manager at National Bank Financial – Wealth Management, you support regional performance and translate management direction into field actions. You coach advisors, strengthen governance, and help deliver a high-quality client experience. Your work combines investment brokerage, compliance, risk management, and strategic communications.

• Execute regional business plans and identify obstacles limiting team effectiveness
• Coach Wealth Advisors through feedback, training, and resource access
• Support advisory practice growth and identify revenue opportunities
• Communicate strategic directions and resolve frontline operational challenges
• Ensure policies, procedures, and securities brokerage requirements are followed

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree related to the sector
• Six to eight years of relevant securities brokerage experience
• In-depth investment industry and wealth management knowledge
• Business development knowledge and strong problem-solving ability
• French-language proficiency
