As a Personal Banking Associate, you will establish and maintain impactful customer relationships at TD Canada Trust. Your work includes understanding needs, resolving banking questions, and referring customers to appropriate partners. Strong communication, administration, and judgment support accurate branch service.
Key Responsibilities:- Understand customer needs and identify appropriate contacts
- Provide information and advice on banking solutions
- Build confidence in emerging digital banking trends
- Report non-standard matters and critical issues to management
- Complete business processes and procedures accurately
- High School diploma and/or one year relevant experience
- Post-Secondary or Undergraduate degree preferred
- Obtain IFC or equivalent within 90 days
- Demonstrate planning and time management skills
- Handle changing priorities with initiative and diligence
Use relationship-building, financial guidance, and digital education skills to support TD customers and branch partners effectively.
