Wealth Management Assistant

Support wealth management clients at Desjardins through mutual funds, exchange-traded funds, and personalized service solutions. French is required.

As a Wealth Management Assistant, you help serve, prospect for, solicit, and develop member and client relationships. You support securities sales through distribution channels, focusing on discretionary management, mutual funds, exchange-traded funds, and structured products. You also help analyze needs and propose integrated service offers.

• Provide compliance and budget monitoring administrative assistance
• Support administrative staff management for branches
• Resolve everyday operational issues with support services
• Supervise client cheque deposits and coordinate interest management
• Support administrative staff recruitment and employee logistics

• Attestation of Collegial Studies
• Minimum three years of relevant experience
• Mutual fund representative certificate from Autorité des marchés financiers
• Knowledge of French is required
• Other qualification and experience combinations may be considered
