Appuie les décisions d’Olymel par des prévisions, des indicateurs et une analyse financière rigoureuse. Travaille auprès des établissements du porc frais.
En tant que Partenaire d’affaires en analyse financière, tu identifieras les écarts de performance et les possibilités d’amélioration. Tu collaboreras étroitement avec les équipes financières et opérationnelles. Tu proposeras des stratégies et des plans d’action alignés sur les objectifs stratégiques.
Responsabilités clés :- Maintenir les prévisions financières et cibles de rendement
- Analyser la performance des opérations
- Élaborer des plans d’action liés aux écarts
- Optimiser les processus et la performance financière
- Soutenir les équipes dans leurs résultats
- Formation universitaire en administration des affaires
- Spécialisation en finances ou comptabilité
- Minimum trois ans d’analyse et modélisation financière
- CPA considéré comme un atout
- Leadership, initiative et capacité d’influence
Utilise ton jugement financier, ta maîtrise d’Excel et ton leadership pour soutenir les opérations du porc frais chez Olymel.
