Junior Buyer

Create and update purchase requisitions to the LES;

Support supplier management by ensuring that costs are well tracked;

Generate the various inventory reports;

Entering data from the ERP at the inventory items level;

Follow up with customers and suppliers on invoices and submissions;

Entering customer purchase request data;

Support the management of day-to-day relationships with external partners;

Generate performance reports from the supply chain team;

Respond effectively to requests from internal and external customers.

Hold a college degree in supply gestion or equivalent;

Have a good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite;

Have good writing and communication skills;

Bilingualism (French and English) , an asset;

Have good judgment;

Be organized, able to manage priorities and multiple tasks at the same time in a rapidly changing environment;

Able to interact professionally at all times;

Able to meet deadlines.
