Role :
The role of the operator is to ensure the start-up of the equipment under his responsibility according to precise operating procedures established by the company.

Responsibilities:

Adjust equipment;

O perate equipment (control panels, computer terminals or other);

M onitor indicators, computer readings and control screens;

Perform established quality tests, and make necessary adjustments;

Complete production records;

Know and comply at all times with quality and food safety standards, occupational health and safety regulations and company policies

Assist and support other operators to ensure the proper functioning of production equipment

Perform various tasks required by his supervisor in connection with production

Ensure the finished product is of the highest quality

Ensure a clean and safe work environment at all times

Clean surfaces and equipment using water and cleaning products

Rinse surfaces and equipment with water from high and low pressure systems

Clean surfaces and equipment using prescribed chemicals in accordance with protocols and procedures

Perform daily tasks, including, but not limited to, emptying and replenishing garbage and recycling bins; replenishing hand soap, hand sanitizer and paper towel dispenser replenishing cup dispenser; replenishing and maintaining the health inventory, etc.
