With a strong focus on precision, collaboration, and professional development, the company is seeking a Bookkeeper who is detail-oriented and proactive to support daily accounting operations across multiple business units.

Key Responsibilities :

Process financing documentation and ensure timely submission of complete packages to partner institutions;

Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable efficiently and accurately;

Prepare and reconcile bank accounts on a regular basis;

Maintain organized financial records and assist with internal reporting;

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proper documentation and compliance with financial procedures;

Provide general bookkeeping support for several business divisions.

Skills and qualifications :

Required Technical Skills :

Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial documentation;

Experience with bank reconciliations, payables/receivables, and general ledger entries;

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail;

Strong communication and teamwork abilities;

Proficiency with accounting software and Excel.

Qualifications :

2–5 years of bookkeeping experience in a fast-paced environment;

Experience in the automotive or real estate sectors is an asset.
