Location: MontrealJob opportunities in our Engineering department
You will come up with innovative ideas to update and upgrade our product lines. The engineering team at Neptronic works in three different disciplines (mechanical, hardware and firmware) and perform different tests to ensure our product designs meets the requirements of our global markets.

On a typical day you will…
Participate in the product design of various electro-mechanical products used in the HVAC industrySource suppliers around the world, to help us bring our new concepts to life with the highest quality in a cost-efficient mannerResolve complex technical challenges, whether on the aspect of product or subassemblies; often this includes designing test jigs and procedures and documenting its resultsAssist our quality assurance and production departments with their questions and often collaborate with them to implement improvementsWhat we look for…
Your qualifications
A solid academic background (Bachelor’s Degree or DEC) in the mechanical, electrical or software fieldAbility to analyze customers’ needs and meet difficult technical challenges and tight deadlinesStrong teamwork and communication skillsYour assets
