– Job Description
As a Senior Cost Consultant, you will be involved in:
Managing a budget of one or many Packages on a major rehabilitation program
Post-contract cost management including forecasting, change management, cost reconciliations, cost reporting
Undertaking Value management
Taking a lead role in interfacing with the client and other consultants
Mentoring and coaching junior staff
Support research related to construction market conditions throughout Canada, including analysis of official published data
Qualifications
10+ years of experience in cost management
A recognized university degree (or equivalent) in a relevant subject
Membership of Relevant Professional Organizations such as the Canadian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (CIQS);
The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS)
Reliability clearance with the Government of Canada or ability to obtain it
Knowledge of and experience using CostX is an asset

The base salary range for this full-time role is  $95,000 - $145,000  per year. Ranges are determined by role and level and represent a good faith effort to provide a fair and equitable salary. This range reflects base salary only, not of a total compensation package. Turner & Townsend reserves the right to pay more or less than the posted range based on experience and qualifications.
