About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Operations Analyst to join our team based in Mirabel, Quebec, Canada. In this role, you will work closely with the Quality Improvement team to analyze non-conformities identified on the production line, aiming to reduce their occurrence and enhance overall product quality. Your responsibilities will include performing problem-solving activities, facilitating cross-functional collaboration, and supporting governance processes.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in engineering, project management, or a related field. A minimum of five years of experience in manufacturing, aerospace, or a similar industry is required. Candidates should demonstrate creativity, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to think outside the box. High levels of autonomy, motivation, and proactive communication are essential. Excellent organizational skills and the capacity to manage multiple priorities independently are also important.

Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in French is considered an asset. Candidates must have a solid understanding of compliance risks and a commitment to acting with integrity, supporting the company's reputation and sustainable growth.

Responsibilities
  • Analyze non-conformities identified during production to determine root causes and develop corrective actions.
  • Perform problem-solving activities (PPS) to address quality issues effectively.
  • Participate in and prepare for governance meetings, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up.
  • Facilitate group discussions and workshops to promote continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Manage communications across teams to ensure clear understanding of quality standards and issues.
  • Support project management activities related to quality improvement projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process enhancements and ensure compliance.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of corrective actions and process improvements.
